A deceased person was found this evening at the Vorenwolde in Ruinerwold. The police report this. According to a bystander, the body was in a ditch.
The discovery was made around 10:30 p.m. It is not known how long the body had been in the water.
The police are on site with several service vehicles and have cordoned off the area with tape. Officers are currently investigating the scene where the body was found.
Nothing is yet known about the cause of death. The police investigation must reveal this.
