Prime Minister Bart De Wever rejects the PS proposal to include the right to abortion up to 18 weeks in the constitution, in exchange for the support of the French-speaking socialists for the abolition of the Senate. “I will never introduce bioethical themes into a carpet market,” De Wever said in Parliament on Tuesday.
