The recognition by Gault&Millau is a reward for years of dedication and craftsmanship. “We have always tried to do what we like to do, based on the customer and ourselves. It is of course nice to receive good appreciation, but above all we want our customers to enjoy our work,” says Stijn.
With the title Brasserie of the Year and a score of 14/20 in the Gault&Millau guide 2026, De Kruidenmolen is on the culinary map of West Flanders and Belgium.
