DAX-FLASH: Hardly any change expected after the high since June

FRANKFURT (dpa-AFX) – In the Dax (DAX 40) there are signs of a quiet start to the week. The broker IG assesses the leading German index as stable at 14,529 points around two and a half hours before the start of trading. In the previous week he had missed the ninth winning week in a row by just a few points, although on Friday he had reached another high since June with 14,584 points. The interim high at that time remained at 14,709 points as an upward orientation mark.

There are clearer gains in the morning in China and especially Hong Kong. Investors were hoping for the strict corona policy to be relaxed here, said a stockbroker. After the price jump in the middle of the week, little had happened on Wall Street before the weekend./ag/stk
