Trainer Danny Schenkel will stop as trainer of the women of Ajax at the end of the season. It was decided in good consultation not to extend the contract of the 43-year-old Amsterdammer.
Schenkel started at Ajax in 2019. That season was not finished due to the corona crisis. The following season, the Eredivisie Cup was won. This season, the team is still participating on three fronts for the prizes and is the first in the Eredivisie.
