Dangerous object Maastricht University Library turned out to be a false alarm

The library of Maastricht University was evacuated for a while on Friday evening after a suspicious object was found there. An investigation by the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service (EOD) revealed that it was not an explosive or other dangerous object. The police then released the building on Grote Looiersstraat.
