Danger for all of Europe, dilemma for Ukrainian strategy: Russians use nuclear power plant as a shield

The Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant, in southeastern Ukraine, is becoming an obstacle in the planned Ukrainian counter-offensive. The largest nuclear power plant in Europe is in the hands of Russian troops, who use the plant as a shield. Ukrainian armed forces cannot answer the Russian bombing for fear of hitting the reactors.
