In the unit of the DFB team on Monday evening at the Grasshoppers RFC facility, the midfielder from Olympique Lyon completed an individual program due to the complaints.
With 86 caps, Däbritz is the most experienced player in the DFB squad after captain Alexandra Popp (114 caps).
Eight-time European champions Germany will start the finals in England on Friday (9:00 p.m./ZDF and DAZN) with the group game against EM runners-up Denmark.
The second game, also in London-Brentford, is against title candidate Spain (July 12), followed by Finland in Milton Keynes four days later.
