Dutch champion time trial Daan Hole (26, Lidl -Trek) surprised friend and foe in the Giro d’Italia by won the time trial – the tenth stage in the Tour of Italy – to his name. The nearly two -meter -long Dutchman knocked in the race against the clock – from Lucca to Pisa over 28.6 km – including the big favorite Joshua Tarling. After the stage victory of Casper van Uden, this is the second Dutch success in the Giro of 2025.
