After the search in the Celeste Rivas case, d4vd’s rental house will soon be available again. Meanwhile, the police are investigating a second suspect.
The house in Hollywood where d4vd lived and which the police searched in connection with the investigation into the death of teenager Celeste Rivas will soon be available for rent again.
According to a report in the New York Post, the property will soon be habitable again – for $20,000 per month. “We are currently working on it,” said real estate agent Alex Micic. “The property is not currently on the market but will be offered again.”
In September, authorities raided the property rented by d4vd’s manager Josh Marshall and where d4vd also lived. Several pieces of evidence were confiscated, including a computer and other items. According to Hot New Hip Hop, the owners are planning renovations and a new coat of paint before the listing with current photos is published.
Investigations against second suspect
Meanwhile, there are new developments in the Celeste Rivas case, in which d4vd has recently been considered a suspect. According to lawyer Mark Geragos, who says he is in direct contact with investigators, the police are investigating a second suspicious person. This newly identified person may have been involved in the case “before, during and after” Rivas’ death and may have been in the Tesla in which the body was discovered, Geragos said on the “2 Angry Men” podcast, according to Complex.
Geragos also claims that investigators relied heavily on digital evidence: cell phone data, social media location tracking and internal Tesla logs are used to reconstruct the movements of everyone potentially involved. These digital traces are intended to place the second suspect in the Hollywood Hills area during the relevant time window. “TMZ” interpreted this as an indication that the suspect might have helped d4vd dismember the girl. However, none of this has been officially confirmed.

It remains difficult to determine exactly when Rivas died. As “TMZ” reported, the body was said to have been frozen.
