A cyclist was scooped by a car on Wednesday evening when crossing the Eindhovenseweg in Geldrop. The cyclist was seriously injured and was resuscitated on the site of the accident.
A trauma helicopter landed to provide assistance. The victim was rushed to a hospital in Tilburg.
On the A58 the right -hand lane was deposited, so that the ambulance could drive from Eindhoven to Tilburg as quickly as possible.
The Eindhovenseweg was closed for trace research on Wednesday evening. The police talk to witnesses and a neighborhood investigation has started.
