A 57-year-old cyclist was killed on Friday in a collision on the Fianestraat in Bergen op Zoom. The police made the announcement on Saturday morning. The motorist who hit the woman is a 77-year-old man from Bergen op Zoom. The driver of a DHL bus, who witnessed this, is wanted.
Things went wrong when the 77-year-old man drove away from a parking lot near a farm shop around a quarter to twelve in the afternoon. He hit two cyclists, a woman and a man from Steenbergen, for unknown reasons.
