Cycling: European track, Consonni gold in the points race

Simone Consonni is European champion in the points race. He is from Bergamo, born in 1994, already an Olympian and world champion (2021) with the quartet Italy’s first medal in the continental review of Grenchen. Consonni imposed himself in the last sprint closing the race with an average of over 52. For him, who also recently won a stage of the Saudi Tour on the road, 54 points.
