Three Christmas babies have already been born at the Anna Hospital in Geldrop since Christmas Eve at 6 p.m. As in all other hospitals in Brabant, these births during Christmas are extra special. Because the birth of a child naturally makes the holidays extra festive.
Three children have already been born at the Anna Hospital in Geldrop, but there will probably be more. The hospital let us know. “Deliveries are still underway,” is the message on Christmas Day. The fact that the hospital is prepared for Christmas children is evident from the special romper worn by the firstborn in the photo below. It says ‘First Christmas child’.

Anouk and Manoj became parents of Rani on Christmas Day at the Pantein Maashorst Hospital in Beugen.

Christmas children were also born in the Jeroen Bosch Hospital in Den Bosch. On the evening of Christmas Day, the count stood at five Christmas children, four of whom were girls and one boy. Four babies were also born at the Elkerliek Hospital in Helmond on Christmas night. Christmas baby Max was born at 3:43 am at the Máxima MC in Veldhoven.

Anouk and Martijn from Amersfoort were visiting family in Son en Breugel, but Anouk felt something in her stomach on Thursday night. They went to Catharina Hospital, where their son Sam was born on Christmas Day. “We didn’t expect that already. Mother and child are doing well and now the three of us are very happy,” says the new father.

Bernhoven Hospital welcomed child Bram at 9.49 am from his proud parents Marelke and Niek from Boekel.
