A man (33) from Tilburg ate in a restaurant on Spoorlaan in his hometown on Tuesday evening and then refused to pay the bill. This was not the first time: the man had already been arrested three times for this in the past three months. The man was also arrested on Tuesday evening.
An employee of the restaurant in Tilburg called the police after the man did not want to pay the bill of more than 70 euros. The man was also annoying towards other customers and employees.
