Villeneuve city, Pierre Mauroy Stadium. Cevdet Kömürcüoğlu and Mehmet Emin Tuğral will be the assistants of Atilla Karaoğlan in the match that will start at 20.00. The fourth referee of the match will be Çağdaş Altay. In the match, Alper Ulusoy will serve as VAR and Serkan Tokat will serve as AVAR.

Hakan Ceylan was appointed as VAR and Koray Gencerler as AVAR for the first match of the UEFA Conference League play-off round to be played on Thursday, August 24, 2023 between Kazakhstan’s Tobol and Czechia’s Viktoria Plzen teams. Marian Alexandru Barbu from Romanian Football Federation, Mihai Marica and Imre Laszlo Bucsi will be the referees of the match, which will start at 20:00 at Tsentralniy Stadium in Kostanay, Kazakhstan. The fourth referee of the match will be Sebastian Colescu.
