Russian billionaire Oleg Tinkov has sold his 35 percent stake in the TCS Group he founded. Part of TCS is Tinkoff Bank, the second largest private bank in Russia. The sale of the shares comes more than a week after Tinkov expressed unprecedented criticism of the war in Ukraine.
