Cristiano Ronaldo scored his first goal in the Saudi Arabian league as his team Al-Nassr drew 2–2 against Al-Fateh.

The match was Ronaldo’s third in the new team.

The Portuguese equalized the match 2–2 from the penalty kick. The goal came dramatically in the 93rd minute of the game.

The Saudi Arabian league posted a video of the goal on its Twitter account. The experienced Ronaldo’s performance was described as “calm”.

Saudi League in another publication Ronaldo was said to have “saved Al-Nassri, who was playing as an underdog.” The description of the feat is a bit peculiar, because a brass player Talisca took the red card only after the equalizer in the last moments of the game.

Ronaldo himself was given a yellow card in the match.

The draw must be a small disappointment for Al-Nassr, although it came in a sweet way. The league-leading öky team won the scoring attempts in the match 18–6, but was not efficient enough. Al-Fateh is sixth in the series.
