Criminologist and lawyer want to get rid of myths about TBS: ‘Much worse than prison’

It squeaks and creaks in one of the most misunderstood parts of our criminal law: provision of care, or TBS for short. Convicted TBS patients cannot enter the clinic due to lengthy waiting lists. And TBS patients who should be in the process of completing their treatment do not leave the clinic.
