The suspects played Russian roulette with the victim, a life -threatening ‘game’ in which one of the suspects put a partly charged revolver on the head of the victim and persuaded the tractor. The businessman says he thought he would not survive this. “It was a nightmare,” he said in Opsporing Verzocht. “These are ruthless barbarians, these guests, they have no feeling for nothing at all.”

The suspect who withdrawn money with the stolen bank card was recorded on surveillance images. That happened on October 14 at 6.15 pm at an ATM at the Plantage in Beverwijk. A total of 5,800 euros of the victim’s account was included.
The man on the images has a dark skin color and a striking golden tooth. He was wearing a jacket from the Under Armor brand and a cap of the New York Yankees.
According to the police, the group of perpetrators probably fled in two vehicles: a dark -colored Volkswagen Polo and an Opel Corsa. The police hope that someone recognizes these cars in combination with (one of) the suspects, and with that helps to resolve the case.
