Creedence Clearwater Revival release legendary performance as an album

In 1970, Creedence Clearwater Revival performed at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Now the long-lost recording can finally be heard. Creedence Clearwater Revival At The Royal Albert Hall is available on CD, LP and digital. The album will be released on September 16th.

During the London gig, John Fogerty, his brother Tom, Doug Clifford and Stu Cook performed songs like “Fortunate Son”, “Proud Mary” and “Bad Moon Rising”. As a taste test, the live version of “Bad Moon Rising” has already been released. The full album can here be pre-ordered.

Creedence Clearwater Revival At The Royal Albert Hall is available on CD and 180 gram vinyl. The record was restored and mixed by producing team Giles Martin and Sam Okell. The two were previously responsible for the Beatles recordings in the Peter Jackson documentary The Beatles: Get Back.

film documentary

Alongside the album, a documentary about the group will also be released on September 16th. “Travelin’ Band” shows both the performance in the Royal Albert Hall and additional impressions of the European tour in 1970. The film is initially available on the CONCORD streaming platform, but is not accessible to Europeans. There is still work to be done on this.
