Celebrate birthdays
On the field is a picnic table with benches where the regular group of about fifteen dog owners regularly sits with coffee and something tasty. “We celebrate the dog’s birthdays with cake,” says Marco. “Now we have pudding rolls, but sometimes someone treats apple pie or spring rolls. In the summer we are here for three hours in the evening. ”

Just like the owners, the dogs sometimes don’t have their day. For example, Teckel Marly was caught by a big dog one day. She was quite injured but happily recovered. Her owner and Marly had to get the confidence again to dare to go up the dog field. That succeeded, partly due to the time and attention of the other dog owners. Now Marly runs happily again and she plays with the biggest dogs on the field.

A new jacket
The municipality recovered with money from a subsidy pot of dog field Noordhove and placed benches, new fences and play attributes.
