The Council of State rejected the claim for suspension that Siemens Mobility had brought on Friday. It was directed against the NMBS decision to designate the Spanish Caf (Construcciones Y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) as a preferred provider for the delivery of hundreds of new AM30 train sets.
It is a decision in the Dutch -speaking case at the Council of State. In a French -speaking case, Alstom, which also fished behind the net, appealed. But there is no statement here yet.
