Council factions want to tackle impoverishment, dubious business premises and dilapidated, dark alleys in Groningen

The warnings in March of this year were not unfounded. If Groningen does not take much more action against criminal undermining, the safety and quality of life of the city will be at risk. Their report on the security situation in Groningen and municipal policy (at the request of the municipality) was not a good one.
