FC Barcelona and his German trainer Hansi Flick have won the Spanish trophy. The wild final against Real Madrid decided one goal shortly before the extension ended.
Jules Koundé put the Barcelona fans in the Olympic Stadium in Seville far after midnight. His goal in the extension gave his coach Flick the second title with the Catalans. Pedri (28th minute) and Torres for Barcelona scored the goals in the regular season, Mbappé (70th) and Tchouaméni (77.) scored for Real.
Barca dominates the first half
In the first half, only FC Barcelona played for a long time. The Catalans set the tone from the start, but took around 20 minutes to earn the first more dangerous opportunities. In the 28th minute, Pedri took a heart and hit 1-0 through a wonderful long shot. After that, the team from the Hansi Flick would have had the opportunity to 2-0, but real also got better in the final phase of round one.
At first, Bellingham met the offside position before Vinícius Junior was supposed to be awarded a penalty. Because the Brazilian was offside, the penalty was withdrawn. Nevertheless, the lead for Barcelona to the break whistle was well deserved.
The turn comes with Mbappé
Carlo Ancelotti also saw it that way. He changed superstar Kylian Mbappé after 45 minutes. The game turned immediately. Now Real was the team in possession of the ball and had clear chances. The attacker then personally made it 1-1 when he shot a free kick from about 18 meters into the goalkeeper.
Shortly afterwards, his French compatriot Aurélien Tchouaméni even headed the royal lead. However, Barca fought his way back and, after the dream pass from Lamine Yamal, came to equalize through Ferran Torres. Now Barca was dominant again. In the last minute of stoppage time, Raphinha was laid in the penalty area. After Var-Check, referee Bengoetxea took the penalty back and showed the Barca striker yellow: he had let himself go cleverly and wanted to go a penalty.
Real changes aggressively, Barcelona is more dangerous
In the extension, the forces on both sides kept the forces visible. There were no chances until Torres pushed past the goal after a Raphinha after 105 minutes. Real Madrid remained harmless. Even after coach Ancelotti Interior Antonio Rüdiger replaced and brought striker Endrick for him.
The decisive goal was still a defender. And for Barcelona: Real veteran Modrić played one of his very few bad passes in the foot of Jules Koundé. The right -back pulled up a good 20 meters in front of the goal and shot the ball precisely into the lower left corner.
