Conversations between Peizer gardener and neighbor stopped: ‘There is a lie’

Talks between gardener Albert de Boer and the neighbor who objects to his business activities have been shut down. The Noordenveld municipality is pulling the plug on the mediation because it sees that it leads nowhere.

At the intercession of the municipality, talks had been started between De Boer and his neighbor to get the cold out of the air. For the past 2.5 years, they have been diametrically opposed to each other because of a conflict about De Boer’s business activities at De Pol 15 in Peize.

The De Boer family already wanted to stop the mediation. She thinks that neighbor Robert Heimink is not honest about the activities at De Pol and says that lies are even told in court.

Heimink is currently the only one who still objects to the business activities of the De Boer family. He thinks that company vans drive back and forth too much and too early, and objects to the hairdressing shed in the yard and the gardener’s home office. This would not fit the zoning of the address.

Gardener De Boer says he has already done a lot with the activities on his site. For example, trench silos have been demolished and the gardener says he takes the neighborhood into account in all kinds of possible ways.

De Boer also states that Heimink is particularly troubled by traffic intended for De Pol 17. The driveway runs across De Boer’s yard.

Neighbor Heimink was recently proved right by the judge. He stated that the activities of De Boer at De Pol in Peize do not fit with an address with a residential destination. The municipality of Noordenveld has tolerated the business activities for years and is now in a dilemma. It is not yet clear what Noordenveld will do now and whether De Boer should indeed tear down his shed.
