Dancing Holiday is a thorn in the side of the mayor of Zonnebeke, who has already forced the business to close five times. An inspection in November last year showed that the dancing was open, but the operator again did not have the necessary permits.
The man was not at his trial and is said to have already started another disco across the language border in Wallonia.
