Conservative Sarah Palin wants Congress years after lost race for White House

US conservative politician Sarah Palin is running for the seat of the state of Alaska in the US Congress. It is the first time since 2008 that Palin is running again in an election. That year she and her party colleague John McCain lost the race for the White House to Democrat Barack Obama. Palin was McCain’s vice presidential candidate.
