The Congolese Ministry of Health reports a new Ebola outbreak. Since the end of August, fifteen people have died of the highly contagious and fatal viral disease in many cases. It is the sixteenth Ebola outbreak in the Central African country since scientists first established the disease in 1976, also in Congo.
