A confused woman called the police around 2 p.m. on Thursday afternoon with the message that she had made an ‘explosive’. She had thrown this in a trash can at a cross at the Overlanderstraat in Purmerend. In a home in Volendam, the woman would have made it explosive, with the help of chemicals.
