Concerns over the fate of 100,000 children with disabilities in Ukrainian institutions

Human rights organization Disability Rights International (DRI) is concerned after an investigation about the fate of an estimated 100,000 Ukrainian children with disabilities living in care facilities in the country. BBC News confirms that some children have been abandoned by their carers who have fled the war in Ukraine.
