Complaints against bankrupt construction promoter Sua Casa continue to increase: “100,000 euros advance for a concrete slab”

A young couple from Lichtervelde is even left with only a concrete slab. A construction expert came by today to see how likely it is that they will see some of their money back. But the couple does not have much hope.

What is there is a concrete slab. Maxim and Lore, each 23 years old, paid an advance of 100,000 euros for what should become their first dream home, in Lichtervelde. Instead, they filed a complaint against their building promoter Sua Casa from Roeselare, who was declared bankrupt last month and left them with little more than nothing.

Today, a building expert, commissioned by a curator, is visiting a few shell houses of the victims in the Olmenlaan in Lichtervelde. We are not allowed to film him, but Maxim tells what was said.

In the meantime, it is still raining complaints to the police and the public prosecutor’s office. Still waiting for the exact number.
