Commerzbank was invested in US shares in the second quarter of 2025

The US stock exchange supervision SEC stipulates that institutional investors have to disclose their stock participations quarterly, provided that their total value exceeds $ 100 million. Commerzbank has disclosed its US investments in the past quarter in accordance with these SEC regulations. The entire depot had a value of around $ 4.36 million in the second quarter of 2025 – a little more than in the previous quarter. In the following ranking, the top 10 largest US positions are listed, which were in the bank depot on June 30th. The investments are sorted according to their percentage share of the entire depot. 10th place: Visa

The top 10 of the Commerzbank investments – as in the previous quarter – are initiated by Visa. Here the Commerzbank bought 9,671 papers in the second quarter and thus had a total of 335,080 shares in the credit card group. As of the cut-off date, the investment had a value of around $ 118.97 million and thus corresponded to a share of 2.73 percent of the total depot.

9th place: Johnson & Johnson

Commerzbank pulled the ripcord again in the second quarter of its Johnson & Johnson investment. For the participation, the ranking was down for three places. In the second quarter, 128,991 shares of the US pharmaceutical company were repelled. The remaining 840,160 papers were worth around $ 128.33 million on the cut -off date, which corresponded to a deposit share of 2.94 percent – place nine in the ranking.

8th place: Coca-Cola

New to the ranking and directly to eighth place made it Coca-Cola. Commerzbank has accessed properly, 933,796 further shares were bought. At the end of the quarter, the bank kept 1,908,957 papers worth around $ 135.06 million. This resulted in a portfolio share of 3.1 percent.

7th place: IBM

The IT company IBM rose by two places in the past quarter. Within the second annual quarter, Commerzbank borrowed 16,483 further shares and thus increased its system to 511,311 papers with a total value of around $ 150.72 million. The participation thus accounted for 3.45 percent in the total depot and thus ends up in seventh place.

6th place: JPmorgan

The US bank JPmorgan was able to rise two places in the reporting quarter. Noteworthy: Commerzbank reduced its shares in the ward of the fall – 58,742 shares were sold. At the end of the quarter, Deutsche Bank kept 522,740 papers worth around $ 151.55 million. This resulted in a portfolio share of 3.47 percent for JPmorgan.

5th place: Nvidia

Newly represented in the ranking – and landed directly in fifth place – is the tech giant Nvidia, which has thus replaced Meta Platforms from the top 10. Here the German financial house increased by 17,213 shares and held a total of 977,324 papers of the US giant on June 30th. With a total value of around $ 154.41 million, Nvidia accounted for 3.54 percent of the total Commerzbank depot.

4th place: Broadcom

With a total of 639,966 papers, the US helmer company Broadcom brought it to fourth place in the ranking. In the past quarter, a total of 376,941 shares were sold. The stock package had a value of around $ 176.41 million on the cut-off date and thus accounted for 4.04 percent of the total Commerzbank portfolio.

3rd place: Apple

The bronze medal was able to defend Apple in the second quarter of 2025. The Commerzbank resorted to the icon and expanded its participation by 12,778 share certificates to a total of 1,063,957 shares. With a total value of around $ 218.29 million, Apple’s papers made up exactly 5 percent of the total depot.

2nd place: Alphabet A

The A-shares of Google mother Alphabet are still in second place in the second quarter of 2025. At the end of the quarter, the bank held 1,692,280 alphabet shares – 20,439 more than in the previous quarter. In total, the investment had a value of around $ 298.23 million on the cut-off date and thus made it to a share of 6.02 percent of the total depot.

1st place: Microsoft

Unsolved in first place is again Microsoft. In the second quarter of 2025, however, Commerzbank separated from 10,195 shares of the US giant and thus still kept a total of 898,157 papers. On June 30, the investment had a value of around $ 446.75 million and corresponded to a depot of 10.24 percent.
