First came corona, then the incurable cancer. Chef Tom van Lysebettens (35) of Cochon de Luxe in Ghent has no more than 2.5 years to live. The dad of Leo (5) and Daniel (7) does that in full and with a lot of humor. Every week he writes about his good and bad days. “I am allowed to participate in a fairly exclusive study in Leuven that could keep my difficult and disobedient metastases in check a bit.”
