The Kölner Haie continue to be the measure of all things in the German Ice Hockey League (DEL). In the 8:1 away game (2:1, 4:0, 2:0) at the Dresdner Eislöwen, the leaders were clearly superior. The Haie, now victorious in 15 of the last 16 games, also benefited from Red Bull Munich’s defeat against Adler Mannheim 2:4 (0:1, 1:2, 1:1) and extended their lead in the table to eight points.
