A school bus was hit by a train at a level crossing in Buggenhout, East Flanders, Belgium. Interior Minister Bernard Quintin reported several “victims”, the broadcaster Vrt speaks of several deaths. “It is with deep sadness that I learned of the tragic accident in Buggenhout. My thoughts are with the victims and their loved ones. I wish the injured much courage” wrote the minister on X.
