Collien Fernandes announced her return to Germany on Tuesday evening (March 24, 2026). She will meet with politicians to fight for her cause against digital violence.
The actress is already combative on Instagram: On the way back to you in Germany, because something HAS to change now! Now we NEED better laws! That’s why I’m meeting with politicians in Berlin this week! Something HAS to happen now! Germany must no longer remain a PERSON’S PARADISE!”
Ollien Fernandes is receiving a lot of praise for her courage and openness in going public with what she calls “virtual rape.”
According to “Spiegel”, she has filed a criminal complaint against her ex-partner Christian Ulmen. There are allegations that go far beyond private conflicts and could reach criminal law dimensions.
The presenter describes the events as a massive invasion of her personality and speaks of “virtual rape”. According to the report, she supports her account with extensive evidence, including affidavits and digital traces.
Demo in Hamburg and possible participation
On Sunday a demonstration against sexual violence against women took place in front of the Brandenburg Gate. There will also be demonstrations in Hamburg – on Thursday, March 26th, at 5:30 p.m. at the Rathausmarkt. As various media outlets in the Hanseatic city report, Collien Fernandes is considering taking part in the rally.
That could explain why Fernandes interrupted filming of the “Dream Ship” this Tuesday (March 24th). In the series she plays the ship’s doctor Dr. Jessica Delgado and is currently traveling in Vietnam for the ZDF series.
She is expected in Germany on Wednesday. She wants to meet politicians there and get things moving: “I’m flying back to meet politicians and talk to them about the lack of legal protection regarding digital violence.” It is still unclear which politicians Collien Fernandes will discuss. In any case, it is not unlikely that she will take part as a speaker at the demo in Hamburg.
