Coldplay’s albums that are re -released Parachutes (2000), A Rush of Blood to the Head (2002), X & Y (2005), Viva La Vida (2008), MyLo Xyloto (2011), Ghost Stories (2014), A Head Full Of Dreams (2015), Everyday Life (2019) and Music of the Spheres (2021).
The band says that the transparent plates are made of 140 grams of recycled plastic bottles. It is not the first time that the group has taken out such a stunt around frontman Chris Martin. Also their most recent album Moon Music From the end of last year, the Ecorecords firm was already made sustainable.
Durable
The production process of the plates was much more durable than traditional vinyl. They were made with a special injection molding technology that reduces CO2 emissions by 85 percent during the production process.
Eco Records also made all the planned reisses. “We use 100 percent polyethylene tereft salaat (PET) and recycled polyethylene tereftalate (RPET) for production,” it sounds. “Each Elpee is made up of an average of nine RPET plastic bottles that are cleaned and processed into small pellets, and then they are cast to plates.”
