The night from Monday to Tuesday was the coldest night of the winter so far, with frost everywhere in the country, reports weatherman David Dehenauw. Minimum temperatures of -3.3 degrees were measured in Uccle for up to five hours and temperatures as low as -15.5 degrees were read in Elsenhorn. The mercury may still drop in the coming hours.
