On February 22, 2022 – you’ll never guess – 22 babies were born in Ghent. Can’t get any nicer, can it? The Maria Middelares hospital welcomed a striking number of children, while the Sint-Lucas hospital had fewer births than usual. Coincidentally, the 222nd baby of this year was born at UZ Gent.
