Due to snowfall, the roads may be slippery on Friday. The KNMI has therefore issued code yellow throughout the country from three o’clock on Thursday night. The warning applies all day Friday.
There was already a layer of snow on the roads on some roads in Brabant on Thursday night. There is a chance that slippery conditions will occur on Friday morning due to icing of wet roads.
The KNMI expects a temporary snow cover of 1 to 3 centimeters during the day, especially in the center and east of the country. It will also remain wintery on Saturday, and there will be slippery conditions in several places in the country due to freezing of wet roads or (wet) snow.
