The KNMI warns that it could be very slippery on the roads in Brabant on Sunday. Not only in our province, but throughout the country, code yellow applies due to snow and slippery conditions. Frozen roads can sometimes cause slippery conditions.
Snow is expected in many places early Sunday morning. “The snowfall makes roads slippery and visibility is limited. Traffic may be disrupted and there is a risk of delays on the road,” the KNMI says.
The snow will change to rain on Sunday morning, first in the southwest, and also in the northeast at the beginning of the afternoon. The smoothness then disappears again according to the institute.
The north and east of the country have already had their turn when it comes to slippery conditions. The KNMI warns that extra attention must be paid from Friday evening.
