Code red in Ireland and England for storm Darragh: weather service warns of life-threatening conditions

Ireland and the United Kingdom are bracing for the arrival of Storm Darragh. The Irish weather service Met Éireann has now issued a code red for the west coast of Ireland. The British Met Office also issues a code red and according to the BBC, this is rare. A warning is issued of life-threatening conditions.
