The three young people from the Ninove and Brussels region were arrested on Sunday and Monday after the violence on the coastal tram. The investigating judge had arrested them, this morning they had to appear in court. He now lets the trio go. They must adhere to strict conditions.
“Among other things, the young people are no longer allowed to enter West Flanders, there is a curfew for them and they must immediately start compensating the victims. The conditions apply for at least a period of three months and can be extended by the investigating judge during the judicial investigation,” the public prosecutor’s office said.
