Claudia Camech, how were the beginnings in her profession?
From my first steps as a teacher, and then as a director and supervisor at the initial level, I was disturbed by the low presence of emotional education in the curricular designs of the province of Buenos Aires. I promoted that the teams work this dimension in a transverse way, and that seed was key when, already retired, I decided to undertake.
I was facilitator of personal transformation processes in the formation of ontological coach – where I certified as Coach – and currently I am still a teacher in a postpone for coaches. This experience enriched my gaze on deep learning and respectful accompaniment.
With the impulse of a new challenge, and faithful to my passion for continuous growth, I launched an innovative proposal from my pedagogical advisory consultant: unite my career in education with my training as a professional ontological coach, from a constructivist and systemic approach.
What are the services you provide as a coach?
I offer personalized coaching for those who want to improve their leadership, communication or personal skills; team coaching to strengthen the institutional climate; and workshops or training – present or virtual – for groups that wish to enhance their results.
How do you project for the future?
I visualize myself as a reference in the world of educational coaching and teams, growing and expanding my services with its own, close and human style.
Ontological coaching came into my life when I was looking for tools for my own growth, but ended up revealing me something deeper: my vocation for accompanying others to display their potential. The word “attend” became central. And a phrase that I read preparing my contest as director returned to me “Make things happen ”(Bernardo Blejmar). That concept inspires me every day.
What are your differentials in the field?
My differential is in passion, commitment and ability to create personalized processes, which combine emotion, knowledge and action to achieve real results.
If you started again, what would you do differently?
“I would trust my intuition before, and what The combination between education and coaching enhances the development of people and teams in any field. But I would choose every step, because every busy experience brought me to where I really want to be. “
Today more than ever, I think that educating and transforming are deeply human acts. And if there is something I learned, when a decision is born from the heart, it always finds its path.
