COA builds extra pavilion tent at Ter Apel shelter without permission

According to a resident, COA started building the pavilion tent this morning, reports RTV North† “But I don’t know what it’s for. Maybe to sleep in?” asks an Algerian boy who has been sleeping there for four days now. “I hope so, because it is completely full. No privacy, many children and really small children too. Men and women sleep together in a tent, that is not good.”
