Bültel clothing works GmbH has announced that Co-CEO Peter Hoever will leave the company on December 31. Bültel includes the brands Calamar, Freestyle and Hattric and the group also holds the license on Camel Active.
Hoever came from the Swedish fashion company Gant zu Bültel in October 2023 to strengthen the management alongside CEO Thorsten Suska as a co-CEO.
“After two years of intensive work on the further development of the Bültel Group and its brands, Peter Hoever has decided to accept a new professional challenge outside the company,” says a message.
From Hoever “Happed Measures” are continued
Under Hoeavers, the company based in Lower Saxony, based in Lower Saxony, took decisive steps towards strategic realignment, especially in the product area and in sales. The measures initiated in the context of the transformation processes should “contribute to increasing operational performance and sustainably sharpen the brand profiles,” said the company.
“We would like to thank Peter for the time together and his committed contribution to the further development of our company. We will consistently continue the measures initiated with our experienced team in order to further expand our current market position,” Suska confirms in the message.
The search for a suitable successor has already been initiated. Until then, Suska, together with Frank Brüggemann, the managing director of Büldel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, and the entire management team will take on the tasks.
The clothing provider had only hired the sales expert Torsten Bartel von Fynch-Hatton at the end of last year as the head of sales for sales and marketing of the brands, while Franziska Waeltermann took over the newly created position of product chief for brands. Ex-Breuninger creative director Alexander Senning occupied the newly created position of the marketing manager at Camel Active from December 1, 2024.
