Every year, at the start of his leave, CM boss Luc Van Gorp (55) goes on a clandestine mission. Then he turns up his old nurse’s uniform and he works undercover for a week in care. He never put that on the big clock. He thinks it should be this year. Because what he saw in youth psychiatry made too much of an impression. “At a certain moment I was sitting at the table with a number of young people from the crisis shelter. Then you sit there and you don’t get a word said.”
