Around two weeks after the season crossing, numerous German professionals without a club are still on the market-including well-known players with a lot of Bundesliga experience as well as players who finally tried their luck abroad. For some, potential new employers are already evident in concrete terms, and the rumor mill is bubbling.
Torwartroutinier Sven Ulreich has officially had the status without a club since July 1, but will be under a fresh work paper in the next few days. According to reports, the 36 -year -old veteran is another year with the record champions FC Bayern, for which he has completed 103 games since 2015. With a market value of 500,000 euros, the 242-time Bundesliga player is still one of the ten most valuable German professionals without an employer.
Ulreich shares the place in the ranking with five other players, including Alexander Schwolow is another goalkeeper. The 33-year-old, who, like Ulreich, broke the 200 mark on Bundesliga games, received no new contract in Köpenick after two years at Union Berlin. After his change from Gelsenkirchen in 2023, Schwolow had not been able to prevail against the Danes Frederik Rönnow, after two years there were only seven missions in the upper house for the iron. The same applies to the UA at Borussia Mönchengladbach -trained wing striker Leroy Mickels (30), who most recently ran in Azerbaijan for Schamachi, as well as for the former Hamburg Jonas David (25), whose contract was not extended to the Austrian first division team WSG Tirol after seven months and 17 missions. Both players are estimated to be 600,000 euros like ex-legsburger Bryan Hein (23).
For the Koray Günter, Dortmund, the five -year period ended with Hellas Verona on July 1, during which the 30 -year -old defender played 105 games for the Gialloblù, but was also awarded three times.
