The TOP 20 awards recognize the best hospitals in Spain based on their areas of specialty and criteria of excellence, quality and efficiency
Corachan Clinic has been awarded with two TOP 20 awards in the categories of Heart Area and Women’s Area (Gynecology, Pediatrics and Breast Unit), which place it among the large national hospitals in these specialties.
The TOP 20 are awards organized by IQVIA Healthcare in recognition of the hospitals in Spain with the best management and, also, the most advanced in different areas or specialties.
These awards represent a relevant distinction both for Corachan and for all its professionals, and They endorse the commitment and involvement of the Clinic in continually placing itself among the best healthcare centers in Spain.
Best Heart Area
It is the fourth year that the Clinic receives the TOP 20 of the Heart Clinical Area, in recognition of its excellent results in patient management, which places it in the ranking of best hospitals in all of Spain in the specialty of Cardiology.
This award recognizes the complexity of the processes attended to in the different units of the Department of Cardiology. Specifically, in this clinical area the results achieved in five basic care processes are taken into account: congestive heart failure, aortocoronary bypass, acute myocardial infarction, arrhythmias with surgical treatment and coronary angioplasty.
Best Women’s Area
Clínica Corachan has been distinguished, for the second consecutive year, for its commitment to comprehensive treatment in the area of women. The hospital has a Multidisciplinary Women’s Area (Corachan Dona), and has teams of multidisciplinary professionals and all the diagnostic methods linked to pathologies that specifically affect women. Likewise, in recent years it has made a significant investment in improving the obstetric and maternal and child areas, among others.
